Corinna Sowers Adler presented her show, Let Me Sing and I’m Happy, Saturday November 1, 2014 at Metropolitan Room. One thing is certain, Ms. Adler not only makes herself happy, she also fills her audience with absolute joy, as well.

Being a classically trained singer, she has found a way to use her exquisite voice to take her ardent admirers on a thrill ride through the stratosphere of musical expression. Okay, so that’s a little metaphorically out there but, believe me, so is her talent. Many female cabaret singers have come from the world of legitimate training, so finding that “cabaret voice” can often undermine the depth of their training. Ms. Adler seems to have overcome that problem. The cabaret sound she has developed is luscious, to use a good “L” word.
