Lauren Stanford was the 2013 Metrostar Winner and named by Nitelife Exchange “one of the 25 people in cabaret to watch in 2015.”  Lauren discovered cabaret while developing a theatre piece about 1920’s singer, Helen Morgan. Titled “More Than You Know,” it has been performed at venues around NYC including Feinstein’s/54 Below. Originally from Kansas City, Lauren has appeared in national tours and regional theatre, and is is a proud member of Actors’ Equity.   Lauren looks forward to taking part in The Mabel Mercer Foundation’s annual Cabaret Convention at Rose Hall this October.  For upcoming performances, click HERE.
